Shine the Light that Guides Customers to Your Product
A business without engaging copy is like a lighthouse with a broken light. At first glance, everything seems in place, except it serves no purpose, and few will understand what it's all about.
Compelling copywriting has the power to guide customers through your sales funnel. To show them the benefits of your product and why they can't live another day without it. All it takes are the right words.
Let's talk about your project. I'll take your vision and write beaming copy that will catch people's attention and set your business on the path to success.
Hello there! I'm John.
But enough about me.
I want to know more about your projects and how I can help them come true or just improve them.
Let's face it. You probably don't have time to sit down and write powerful copy. Or, every time you try, it comes out sounding like a dishwasher's instruction manual.
Maybe you even hired a copywriter before but soon found out you would've been better off by hiring your old maths teacher, Mr Spittle.
Whatever the reason, copy-done-right has the power to boost your sales sky-high.
So how about it? Are you ready to succeed?
lOOKING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC?
WEB COPY
Get visitors to stick to your pages like digital flypaper and convert every prospect into a buying customer.
Enough with sleep-inducing mumbo jumbo. Get your Unique Value Proposition and start sellin'.
Be clear about who you are and what you're offering and watch the demand for your product rise. It's really that simple.
EMAIL COPY
Do you want to send emails that are worth reading?
Let your emails be the envy of every inbox!
Don't barge into people's inboxes uninvited just to throw a sales pitch at them. Woo them first.
It's like kissing someone for the first time. You should be reasonably sure they're into you before you assault their mouths.
BLOG POSTS
Thinking about starting a blog but your writing is meh?
Are your readers induced to sleep by the end of...ZZzzzZZzz
A great blog post should be about one thing and one thing only: VALUE.
Tell me what you want to write about, and I'll make it sound like a cooler, leather-jacketed, switchblade-carrying version of yourself wrote it.
What's It Like Working With Me
1 No Stress Involved
Let's have a casual chat about your project and get to know each other a little. This way, we'll have a clearer idea of whether we're a good match and determine in which way copywriting will suit you best. I'll make you an offer and set a project timeline.
Good, you're on board! I'll send you a questionnaire concerning all the information I need to help me understand your business, target audience, and competition.
I'll crack my knuckles and get to it. I'll review your work so far, dive deep into research, and check out what your competitors are up to. Then we can hop on a call and have a more specific conversation about your end goals and how to get the new copy to reach your audience.
2 Let's Find The Unicorn Within
I want to know more. If we're building a website, I need your cooperation while writing your Unique Value Proposition. This statement will reveal a holistic view of what you're offering and what you're about. These are incredibly personal, and the first thing visitors read. They're also the fulcrum upon which everything else will be built.
A UVP needs to describe what you are offering with astonishing precision. If a reader can't tell who you are and what you're offering within 5 seconds, the copy's a dud. No boom. No bang. No ka-ching.
3 Turnaround*
Now that I know what makes you unique, it's time to agro the keyboard and pump out the first draft. My standard turnaround is 3-4 weeks, though timelines may vary depending on project requirements.
*bright eyes. Every now and then I fall apart!
And I need you now tonight... And uh...
Sorry, I get carried away sometimes.
4 Revisions, Revisions, Revisions
I didn't start this business to have unhappy customers. I take pride in my writing and expect nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. To this end, you can expect an entire month of how many revisions you need after I deliver the first draft. As long as, of course, it doesn't stray fundamentally from the initial direction.
But be warned! I want you to succeed, so expect me to speak my mind if I feel your requests aren't in line with the highest converting copy possible. But, in the end, this is YOUR project, YOUR copy, and you have to be comfortable with it.
I love what I do, and I aim to write the kind of conversion copy that will have you jumping with glee and hugging strangers on the bus.
