*No, I don't usually take notes leaning against streetlamps. In fact, I don't think anyone does. Blame the photographer.

Writing is what I do!

Besides making a kick-ass coq au vin and folding papillotes like a badass, I have also written two novels (currently seeking to be published). I aspire to become a big-time author. But as they say, dreams don't pay the rent. So it got me thinking, "I should probably write for a living."

Here's my background

I once quit my job as a Head chef to open my very own restaurant. It was going to be a Japanese fusion, with new and exciting types of sushi and snacks. Instead wrote a science fiction Novel. No, you can't read it. Yet.

Yes, I used to be a Chef, running kitchens from Portugal to Norway. Perhaps you don't know this, but as a Chef, you have to burp out sales pitches on a daily basis.

Your F&B manager bought a truckload of low-quality meat for two packs of cigarettes and a new toothbrush? Well, you have two options. Convince him to send it all back or risk a bad reputation. The right choice is not always clear to everyone.

Say you want to put a new dish on the menu, but it's a little outside the restaurant's style. Get ready to crap out a truly, world-class sales pitch about pushing the boundaries of gastronomy by questioning the ol' classics and avoiding a stale and outdated future.

David Ogilvy (father of modern advertisement) began as a chef before selling AGA stoves door to door. No, I'm not comparing myself to Ogilvy, but one can dream, right?

Are you working on a new project?

Or ready to try a new approach?

Crispy, flavour-intense copy will get the right customers queuing outside the door!

Plus, I can already tell that we're gonna work great together.
